Welcome to Elementary Faith Formation!

Thanksgiving Blessings!

Classes are well underway. The rhythms of our liturgical season and daily life keep us busy….always grateful for each and every blessing…..both big and small!

We are grateful for each and every volunteer Catechist, Assistant Catechist and classroom helper! The children grow in faith as they learn about Jesus Christ and putting HIs Teachings into practice… Love, Charity, Justice and the Kingdom of God!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Advent for All-“Tis the Season to Seek Jesus!” December 2nd at 6 p.m. Enjoy Saturday’s Vigil Mass at 5 p.m. and then YOU ARE INVITED to gather in the Hall immediately following mass for food, fun and fellowship. Let’s find our place on Jesus’ Family Tree…in the midst of so many stories of darkness…spend an evening in goodness, in hope, and in peace with your family and friends!

Sign-ups for the Children’s choral group on December 24th at the 4 p.m. Christmas Eve Liturgy have begun! You may sign up your child, grades Kindergarten and older in the Faith Formation Office.

Our Faith Formation Program  provides all children with an awareness of God’s presence in their lives, an appreciation and understanding of what it means to be Roman Catholic in the world today – to include opportunities that encourage active discipleship in the community.

Parents:

“Let the risen Jesus enter your life, welcome him as a friend, with trust: He is life! If, up till now, you have kept Him at a distance, step forward. He will receive you with open arms. If you have been indifferent, take a risk: you won’t be disappointed. If following Him seems difficult, don’t be afraid, trust Him, be confident that He is close to you, He is with you and He will give you the peace you are looking for and the strength to live as He would have you do.” – Pope Francis

CATECHISTS: Thank you for your commitment! It is because of YOU that this year will be an amazing adventure in learning more about our Lord, Jesus Christ and our Catholic Faith!
